The native companion to swissdiscover.com. A MapKit map of Switzerland combines curated places, live points of interest from OpenStreetMap and video-backed pins. Users plan multi-day trips, follow a gamified trail through a guided itinerary and save places to their profile. A WeChat Mini Program port has been prototyped for Chinese visitors.
What it does
- Curated places, live OSM points of interest and video pins on one map
- Trip planner with dates, places and notes
- Gamified trails for multi-day itineraries, with elevation and distance
- WeChat prototype plus a market-entry feasibility study
The consulting angle
Extending a tourism brand to native mobile and to a new channel (WeChat), with feasibility advice for market entry.
